1. No Spam or Unsolicited Messaging

You must NOT use Xmetaflows to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam)
• Send messages to users who have not opted in to receive communications from you
• Send messages that violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other applicable anti-spam laws
• Purchase or use contact lists from third parties without proper consent

2. Consent and Opt-Out Requirements

You are responsible for:

• Obtaining proper consent before sending automated messages
• Providing clear opt-out mechanisms in your communications
• Honoring opt-out requests promptly (within 24 hours)
• Maintaining records of consent for your contacts

3. Prohibited Content

You must NOT use Xmetaflows to send or distribute:

• Illegal content or content promoting illegal activities
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content
• Phishing attempts or malicious links
• Harassment, threats, or hate speech
• Adult content or content inappropriate for minors
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Malware, viruses, or harmful code

4. Platform Policy Compliance

You must comply with the terms and policies of connected platforms:

• WhatsApp: WhatsApp Business Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy
• Instagram: Instagram Terms of Use, Instagram Community Guidelines
• Facebook Messenger: Facebook Platform Policy, Messenger Platform Policy
• Mercado Libre: Mercado Libre Terms and Conditions

Violation of platform policies may result in your account being disconnected by the platform and/or suspension of your Xmetaflows account.

5. Rate Limiting and Abuse Prevention

To maintain service quality and comply with platform limits:

• We may enforce rate limits on message sending
• Excessive or abusive usage patterns may result in throttling or suspension
• You must not attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse detection

6. Security

You must NOT:

• Attempt to access accounts or data that don't belong to you
• Attempt to breach, test, or probe our security systems
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the platform to attack or harm other systems

7. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The content of messages sent through your account
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Compliance with connected platform policies
• Obtaining and maintaining proper consent from your contacts
• The actions of anyone you authorize to use your account

8. Monitoring and Enforcement

We may:

• Monitor usage patterns for abuse detection
• Investigate reports of policy violations
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy
• Report illegal activities to appropriate authorities

9. Reporting Violations

To report a violation of this policy, contact us at support@xmetaflows.com with:

• Description of the violation
• Any evidence or screenshots
• Contact information for follow-up

10. Consequences of Violation

Violation of this policy may result in:

• Warning and request to remedy the violation
• Temporary suspension of your account
• Permanent termination of your account
• No refund of fees paid
• Legal action if warranted
