2. Service Description

Xmetaflows is a SaaS platform to integrate and automate customer messaging across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and Mercado Libre with AI bots/agents, human handoff, and analytics.

Important: This is a 100% self-service platform. We do not provide human-operated services, managed services, or consulting. You configure and control all automations.

All new users receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No charge during the trial period. You may cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid billing.

8. Intellectual Property

The platform, documentation, and marks belong to their respective owners. You retain ownership of your data and content uploaded to the platform.

Data processing follows our Privacy Policy. Xmetaflows will keep your non-public information confidential.

Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits caused by third parties or connected channels.

We may suspend or terminate service for misuse, non-payment, or terms violations.

We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance of updated terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law where Xmetaflows primarily operates. Disputes go to the competent courts there, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
