How to Request a Refund

What Happens After a Refund

Your subscription will be canceled
The refund will be credited to your original payment method
You will receive a confirmation email from Fastspring
Your data will be retained for 30 days in case you want to return

Free Trial

All new users receive a 30-day free trial. No payment required during the trial. Cancel anytime before the trial ends — you won't be charged.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. When you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
