Our Refund Policy

Xmetaflows uses Paddle as our Merchant of Record. All refund requests are handled according to Paddle's standard refund policies.

How to Request a Refund

You have two options:

Option 1: Contact Us Directly

Email support@xmetaflows.com with subject "Refund Request" and your account email. We'll process it within 2 business days.

Option 2: Through Paddle

What Happens After a Refund

Free Trial

All new users receive a 30-day free trial. No payment required during the trial. Cancel anytime before the trial ends — you won't be charged.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. When you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
